My slow stitching goal for
October was to finish
rows 25 and 26 of my
Trip Around the World quilt.
I accomplished my goal
AND finished row 27 too!
For November, my goal is to
finish rows 28 (red dot fabric
already started) thru row 30.
I also need to decide if I am
going to continue on and
make a larger quilt or
stop and have a wall hanging.
Decisions...decisions....

Thanks for stopping by my blog! My very first quilt (many years ago lol) was an around the world. My youngest daughter is the owner and it is falling apart after so many years of loving use. But even though she has another one she still uses it almost every day lol.
A lot of pieces in that quilt!
I love around the world pattern! Yours is beautiful!
That is lot of hand piecing and it is looking great!
Wow, what a lot of hand piecing ... and what a beautiful quilt. How big are those little blocks?
The squares are cut 2 inches...finished 1.5 inches.
Congrats on meeting your goal and what a gorgeous quilt this is !! :) I think it makes sense to set reasonable goals and surpass them when possible rather than the other way around. You are a smart lady! :)
WooHoo! Hooray for getting further than expected. It is really looking beautiful.
It sure would look gorgeous on a bed... or anywhere!
